Hella yeah, salad

- arugula
- collard greens
- heirloom tomatoe 
- lemon
Ginger
- nutritional yeast
- coconut and grapeseed oil

Berry banana chia smoothie

In a blender combine:
-a frozen banana
-a handful of frozen berries (organic!)
- some soaked cashews
- a spoon full of:
       -maca root powder, acai powder, and purple maqui berry powder
-chia seeds
- raspberry lemonade or any juice you have on hand

Bend it all up and add juice as necessary for blending consistency.

I like my smoothies pretty thick so you only really need about 12-14 oz of juice.

It's also fun to top it off with more chia seeds and granola if you have it for a tasty antioxidant rich crunch!
