Breakfast smoothie

I ate really poorly yesterday, so this morning I made a point to consume some nutrients.

I got out my juicer and cut up some apples and a cucumber then put the juice in a blender with frozen strawberries, banana, chia seeds, acai powder, purple maqui berry powder, and macca root powder. 
Mmmmm

Pour it in a Discarded Designs glass jar and off to school I go!
