In class we learned about how to make a tincture from Tulsi, alcohol, and water.
Tulsi is an adaptogen so it is good for reducing stress. :)
Fill a jar one third of the way with dry herbs.
Next, pour a 95%grain alcohol up to 75% of the way followed by a bit of water to dilute the alcohol.
Let it sit in the jar for 2 weeks and then strain.You can store the tincture in tiny jars. The standard dose for tinctures is 3 droppers full (20drops) 3 times a day.
